My roomate from Deep Springs Kelly Carlin was always on top of the all those hot hipster trends, in spite of our cold cold isolation. One of the winners he managed to spot was Believer Magazine, which is a perhaps slightly less serious version of McSweeneys, with Eggers somewhere behind the scenes pulling the strings. It's hip, it's with it, it's the subject of a recent NY Times piece. The piece also brings up n+1 Maganize, which I've been wanting to get a hold of, it's been creating quite a stir, but international subscription rates are a bummer.

Hmm. Interesting. I guess I would have figured that Judas would have just gone on and kept you in the dark, while he ate fingerfuls of frosting from the can.
