Collars
In Sweden, the phenom is refered to as "brats", but apparently over there you've got your own problem with "collar poppers". Hilarious. A google search brough up this (actually rather scary) gold mine of discussion. In the end, Swedish brats have something that US Collar poppers will never have: Nobility (the literal kind).
